I am very careful in what I post publicly, for I know that it can be
challenged. But I also make sure that I take the time to respond to all
challenges posted to what I post, because all questions deserve answers. And I
solely post it when I will not defend it. I however get very offended if asked
a question by some smug that has no name and has no identification. To you I
have no time for if you decided to be private remain so. Don’t insult me by
challenging what I make public when you are private. Because I am on my
computer tonight, I am going to post a website where one can find the book of
this fella. Read it then turn around to educate me on how Acholis cannot
eliminate Langis in single
week.http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1481796259/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8

and if you do not have a credit card to pay for the book I have it.

EM,

I don't know, who feed you with this nonsense that, Acoli and Langi hate each
other to the level that, when given

the power of federalism, will jump on to each others throats. Please, its this
kind of baseless rumour(s) that have put our belove country into the present
situation. If you read a book written by a Langi by the name Major Rob Otim
Enur, stating that Acholi hate Langi, have you also read a book written by an
Acholi stating the same? If not, why would only Langi claim the same? Why not
Acholi also? Is this, not the same as, Baganda claiming that, AMO hate them so
much that should he became President again, Buganda will be history. Because of
this kind of baseless claim, (Baganda) compared AMO to a "dog" when he died.
Yet not a single day had Baganda proofed their claim in any court in Uganda not
even abroad. They used 1966 Crisis as their yard stick of hatred towards AMO
and northerners. They agains used 1980 election for the same. Is this, not the
same as, any thing that goes against the interest of Buganda, is hatred,
whether its in the interest of majorithy ugandans. But, the one that goes,
agianst the majority ugandans but in the interest of Buganda is good. The way
they have imposed M7 upon ugandans to date.

EM, making horrendous statement the way you do here about Acholi and Langi is
dangerous for the good of our country Uganda. Its the same as, what baganda
have been using since independent. M7 have used the same to come to power. You
are now doing the same, yet you considere youself a nationalist, a critical
thinker and an articulate, but, I see you are not. Acholi don't hate Langi.
They have many Langi in their home districts. Unless they Langi are the one who
harbour hatred towards Acholi people. Majority of Acholi supported AMO not as a
Langi but a good leader twice and they (Acholi) paid the price.

EM, I wished, you remeber the title of that book written by the major, I would
love to read it. Lets, fight for a Uganda free of tribalism and sectarianism.
Happy New Year, EM.

What you are stating is true, but the danger of Federalism is that it empowers
a primitive ignorant and uncivilized population to fuel its hate to one
another. Look at the family of Ssabassajja Mutebi alone, it is fighting within
its self on who are the true Balangira and Bambejja, seriously if the problem
in Buganda is that high, how can you politically empower such people? As I
stated way back in the piece, unitarism protects everyone to live together for
now we have powers centered into Kampala, so an Acholi cannot work out a way
and means of eliminating all Langis. And OJ when we are talking about the hate
of Langis by Acholis, there is a very interesting book I need you to read. I
need you to look for a book I forget the name, but it was written by a Langi
UNLA Major Rob Otim Engur, this major states in the book that Adok Nekyon is
his uncle, but he is a son of an Amin’s first cabinet minister of Culture and
Community Development in the 70’s Mr. Yekosafati A. Engur. And if anyone has
read that book can help me with the title that has passed my mind today.

When you read that Major’s book you will realize how deep is the hatred between
Acholis and Langis. When you read that book you will realize how Federalism
will never work for Uganda or we are clearly walking directly into the South
Sudan situation. It is the hate of Langis that Yoweri Museveni targeted into to
get the Acholis on side and thus eating largely from his government. The tribal
hate in the population of our country way passes the one of Kenya Tanzania and
many neighboring countries. It is in Uganda where Northerners were dying in
camps and Baganda stood up and stated very publicly that Ffe kasita twebaka
kutulo, let moto nawaka. How can you allow such primitive people to own
political powers in their regions? Baganda are going to close off Gulu road and
everyone from The North will never ever cross into Buganda to reach Kampala.
Again let us use 2014 to embrace our unitary system for it assures the lives in
many among ourselves sir.

We need and must stand up and reject Federalism with all compassion we own list
we turn Uganda into a South Sudan.

EM:

I know that you are 100% against federalism, but Africa's political malpractice
has nothing to do with whether a country is organized along federal system or
unitary. The brutal competition amongst African leaders combined with envy and
greed are the key problems. From independence to today once one person among
many enters the so-called "State House" everyone else immediately becomes an
enemy. The following leaders who also wanted the same "katebe" were murdered
by African presidents already in office:

Lutakome Kayira (Uganda)
Tom Mboya (Kenya)
J.M Karuiki (Kenya)
Edward Sokoine (Tanzania)
Patrice Lumumba (Zaire)
John Gaitut (Sudan)

In Zambia, Kenneth Kaunda never gave the following a chance:
Harry Nkumbula
Simon Kapwepwe

In Tanzania, Nyerere never had a good sleep as long as the following were still
around:
John Kambona and John Malechela

In the Sudan Bashir has a habit of locking up Aturabi
In Zimbabwe Mugabe and Joshua Nkomo never shared a dinner table and yet they
wrestled Rhodesia from Ian Smith together.

Until Africans learn that leading a nation is a shared responsibility, there
are many many South Sudans on the way. Instead of Democracy, Democracy and more
Democracy, Africans may want to consider what W.W. Dubois did in the United
States fighting for and introducing a Civil Rights Act which in the United
States outlaws major forms of discrimination against racial, ethnic, natiional
and religious minorities and women. In the following years after its passing
into law it was used to end unequal application of voter registration
requirements and racial segregation in schools, at work and by facilities that
served the general public (known as public accommodations).

In short, any political systems one introduces in Africa will have the same
problems, because the political system is not the problem, but the people
running it.

Ugandans

You see in every bad thing there is a good thing. South Sudan must serve as a
warning to Ugandans about people like Betty Kamya that want to split up our
country under the Federalism nonsense and for two very good reason.

A} Cutting up a country is a very serious business that must be discussed by
Ugandans, it simply creates a headache to me when it is raised up and started
let alone pumped by Betty Kamya a Kenyan, when her own country is not yet split
up. If splitting up a nation is of that value to her why not start with Kenya?
A state of all Luos with Raila Odinga on the helm let us see how that works out
so that we as Ugandans can copy it. And this is why she is in a very better
position, you see I have all along seen arguments of why we mus
