Whats happenning there in Lira? On the Lango website, most people think it
is the NRA that is perpetrating all these senseless murders.
You need to keep a log of all the victims and also of all potential suspects
for future action. The intention is to re-open the investigation of all
these murders once we have removed the NRA regime from power.
