That is very true and presidents like Iddi Amin have done it before and very
successfully. Iddi Amin though had so many alternatives, Gadhafi funded most
of our running and many Arab countries did so. On the other end of the
spectrum you have gone after every body for you have allowed your selves to
be the best slaves of The West. You have literary sold the entire Great
Lakes to them and you have sacrificed your own people to die s that The West
loots all of our countries. What alternative do you have today to use if The
West walks away? Isnt your one liner 25 years old? And I am just asking
