As you all know there was a death in South Africa of a one Colonel Patrick
Karegeya. Through the Uganda embassy in Kigali Rwanda, Uganda government has
issued a clarification regarding his internment. Uganda Government needs to
clarify that the deceased was a citizen of Rwanda and a resident of South
Africa at the time of death. Thus the burial arrangements of a one Patrick
Karegeya should and must be arranged by and in one of those countries than
Uganda. The government of Uganda has already communicated this same position
to the family of the deceased.
