a good man and best leader of Uganda, I have struggled with Wafula Oguttu
for he was using the very same paper to sell The movement as a best
organization to lead Uganda, yet you found it at no point important to go
after Monitor. And today you have the audacity to use the very same paper to
go after me. Give me a firkin break.

Read yesterday's monitor about some people who have started to lose their
jobs as a result of aid cuts already taking a pinch on the health sector.
Now in today's monitor we read about the nrm proposed tax hikes on a
variety of commodities and assets. This is again another reflection of what
is likely to be hard times for K'la admin. I seriously give no damn but just
want to realize that you can't hurt a hand that feeds you. And the by NRM is
busy dishing out 5m to nrm mps to go and market m7 for was it 10th term?

We are getting reports out of Brussels that the EU budget Commissioner
Janusz Lewandowski has stated that The EU has decided to back sanctions on
Uganda and Nigeria due to their stand on Gays and Lesbians issue. The
Commissioner continues to state that the EU has held and will continue to
hold contacts with both Uganda and Nigeria to determine on the future of the
relationship between the two countries and EU. He defined both countries
laws passed, as amounting to grave menace to human rights.
This is a developing story.
