I resized the banner to have height 60 pixels like our old banner (keeping the aspect ratio the same). For the window Icon I first eliminated most of the white border around the image then resized to 16x16. It's still pretty small for a window icon, you may want to take a look and let me know what you think.
One more thing... I realized that changing the resolution to 16x16 was unnecessary, it can be any resolution and it will be sized appropriately. So I switched it back to the 50x50 image (but again with the white border removed). Still this doesn't help the fact that the individual letters are very small at window icon size. -Adam
