So how about changing "An Open Source Project" to
"An Apache Open Source Effort - http://incubator.apache.org/uima";
(using the word "effort" instead
of "project" to avoid Apache complaining about this having to wait until
we graduate, because
project might be construed to be a top-level, approved, project.
