I have never done "maven" repository uploads - do we need this for uima-as? If so, I'll climb the learning curve (with others's help :-) )

I will update the web site, put the artifacts on the
.../dist/incubator/uima site, including rebuilding the eclipse update
site to include the new uima-as components.
