No one responded to the question at the bottom of this previous note.
I'm thinking that we don't need maven repository (the special incubator
repository) upload for the uima-as jars, but I could be wrong. Anyone have a
thought on the need for this?

I have never done "maven" repository uploads - do we need this for
uima-as? If so, I'll climb the learning curve (with others's help :-) )
