how are most ISPs handling congestion at the CPE? many businesses have gigabit networks but may only have, say,and 8M symmetric circuit, so I was wondering what congestion mechanisms ISPs are using? WRED or RED. or ECN or ???
do they (you?) allow customers to choose?
