I dont think there are any - but if one doesnt read the basic documentation or doesn't understand the protocol interaction then I can see how they might struggle. PPP and Radius are two of the most basic protocol interactions in our space in my view. not sure I can make it up that early but will try. if anyone has specific questions or trouble understanding the BT documentation on these products please let me know, I would be happy to even arrange a session with the people who designed this stuff if it helps.
