We even manage session steering on IPSC > which BT don't do :-) We always try to be responsive to customer requirements, nearly every big product idea that I've had can be traced back to a specific customer discussion- and as I undertand it several hundred CPs supported and gave feedback and input in this area (and continue to do so) there are many features developed for the product from suggestions from customers that have varying levels of usefulness for different operators but only the guys here know how they all hang together and if its useful I'll organise a session with them.
