I find that incredible as its not that complicated.

We always try to be responsive to customer requirements, nearly every big
product idea that I've had can be traced back to a specific customer
discussion- and as I undertand it several hundred CPs supported and gave
feedback and input in this area (and continue to do so) there are many features
developed for the product from suggestions from customers that have varying
levels of usefulness for different operators but only the guys here know how
they all hang together and if its useful I'll organise a session with them.

To the wider community drop me a note if you'd like a session on this or
anything else and I'll see what I can arrange.

Regards
Neil
