Agreed and but not just the west coast of Scotland but in many rural areas, however the question was not specific to wireless and aimed at wholesale in general.
The BDUK plan for HIE will help part of the west of scotland - with some serious investment in backhaul and submarine systems - it's a very ambitious project.
