Fixing faults is definitely easier with an on-site Ethernet demarcation point. No arguing over filters, extension wiring, faulty routers, etc. BT accept faults readily, and just fix them. I don't think wires only would be a great step forward for wholesale DSL. Sadly, I suspect the bigger ISP's will not see it that way, and wires only will become the norm... Mike
