Thanks for the reply. And we don't wake up trying to make life difficult for BT, as I am sure you know, having worked very closely with BT on technical issues for decades. The good news is that we can get modems swapped for ECI models where there is a problem. I have several lines where we will be arranging that, as this has been causing significant difficulties for those end users. Thankfully a lot of the end users will be OK to wait for the fix to the Huawei modems now they know things are making progress. Regards.
