So who exactly has to be a member of the ADR scheme? After all, Entanet do not deal with end users, so even if they are a member of the ADR they don't have to handle complaints from people who are not their customers. I am sure M247 would have to be a member of an ADR. If not, then that means we have finally found a way to get out of ADR!
