As far as I can tell with previous conversations with Ofcom - no-one! They certainly don’t seem to care in the slightest when you report a company who aren’t a member of the scheme (but almost certainly should be), and instead seem to have taken to just flat out ignoring me now :( > After all, Entanet do not deal with end users, so even if they are a > member of the ADR they don't have to handle complaints from people who > are not their customers. The company who I have been trying to complain about keep telling me that they use 6dg as their upstream voice provider and so I need to make my complaint under 6dg's ADR membership. Weirdly, Ofcom seem to agree with this (in their usual completely noncommittal, arse covering kind of way). I’ve tried pointing out that this would surely mean that you could just traverse up the tree of “upstream” providers (until you reach BT?), but sadly common sense doesn’t seem to prevail (shocking, I know).
