The only serious providers in that part of West Wales are BT and Talk Talk.

You could get a BT etherflow from Aber to Swansea, then pick up SSE /
Virgin / Surf Telecoms. The Surf network west of Swansea is all radio,
only customer of it really is Western Power.

Talk Talk have an LLU presence there and would be my best bet, they
have multiple 10G rings heading up through Haverfordwest, Cardigan and
on to Aber. You could get it handed off in Cardiff or back in London
if you have an existing TTB hand over.
