hmm: does it need all 3 rails at the same time? I may have misread that ^

If not, its far easier to run it from only one of the possibilities if
it can take that - on reflection in this day and age I'd have thought
it'll be rare to need all 3 at once, gone are the days of high-voltage
ISDN kit surely?
