there's definitely a few people who'd be interested, maybe possibly enough to meet the 2500 minimum that TNP were quoted
I would suggest that someone who wants some should create a shared/semi-private Google document/spreadsheet, and invites just those who've expressed an interest to add their requirements to it. Once the approx demand is known, an order could be placed, with someone holding the money in escrow?
