I have being trying to make headway with supply chain and the manufacturer and am still awaiting responses . The main factor for their tardy response is the quantity as they are used to orders in the 10s of thousands ( our MOQ is 25K ). However there may be a way round this , not wanting to bore you with detail but they manufacture extra against each order for warranty and support issues and I’m trying to access these if I can they will be “openreach standard modems “ only.
