All, We've recently unbundled BT Tower exchange in London, and ever since handover we've been unable to actually gain access into the building. We've tried working with various departments within BT, but don't seem to be getting anywhere fast.
Has any CP on here unbundled this exchange, and if so, can they have a look in BASOL to see what access they've been given to gain access to the MUA? We've been given "BT TOWER - Multi-User-Area (Required for Metronode access)", which some people in BT say is enough, and other people say we need additional areas to actually reach the MUA.
