I needed something like this for opening a subsidiary of my company in
Europe. Enquired with our accountants in the UK and the response was
that Companies House does not issue certificates but instead offer a
free service to check company status online. These instructions were
transmitted to the authorities abroad and this method was accepted by
them. RIPE should know better that everything has moved to e-services
these days and paper is obsolete the moment it is printed.
