My experience with this stuff and Cisco lately (and indeed, for a while)
has been that if it's not there, it just isn't there - no magic exists
that I'm aware of.

Short of NAT46 features in your local management gateway, I'd  recommend
logging a case with Cisco and asking where the feature is, and/or
raising a bug about it. And just using some RFC1918 in the mean time.

At least, if you've reported it, any hacks made might have a half life. :)
