All of 21C is done so if you are a BT consumer customer and you have a compatible router you get it now. 20C (IPStream) we aren't rolling this out on but have another cunning plan to solve that next year. Our smart hub supports it now and Hub 5 and 4 will get it early next year.
BT business broadband early next year - earlier if I can make it happen. BTnet and all our corporate products have it for 5 years now.
