Don't get me started on the SMB especially on the ones which want everything
for free, and they don't want to talk to anyone who does not have the "right
credentials" blah blah blah. The amount of times I need to battle with
companies to tell them how important IPv6 is, and they should really make an
effort to at least dual stack, etc...

If that gap is big, it is the SMB's fault, not only the ISP's. Every company I
work with/for has IPv6 throughout available for customers, most even to the
internal office workstation. It is not hard at all, but the laziness is big...
why should I learn another form of addressing if I don't need to, ah, the IPv4
will never go away.. heard those before? I sure did.

If you want to do it, there are options out there, if your ISP does not provide
IPv6, change it and I will help you. Not that hard to migrate BGP or static for
an SMB. Yes there may be other dependencies, but it is a lot easier to just
throw the stone into the big guys because it is their fault, isn't it? As Neil
said in a previous email, BT, VM and the likes will not do our work for us. Yes
they can improve (who is perfect sit down), yes docs can be clearer but let's
face it many SMBs just don't want to change.
