Oh I'm sure on occasion OR aren't easy to deal with. But having worked in three infrastructure companies landlords and the wayleave/access is the biggest issue by far! But then I hear rate of knots then I see the stats... so can you help us all by posting the stats that gives you the view that it's "rate of knots"? Cheers Neil
