This is what I was thinking. Why aren't you asking OR? If this opportunity does turn out to be viable for you it sounds like you'll be engaging with them anyway. You might as well engage with OR now and they might also be able to incentivise this deal for you. I know OR are often pants but I'm sure even they can provide you with a document/report they produce. Cheers, James.
