[uknof] High Latency to Microsoft over LINX

Hi all,

Is anyone else having high latency issues into Sharepoint Online services with 
Microsoft today?

I'm seeing an additional 130msec over LINX.

A colleague connecting over LONAP is not seeing the issue.
