Just to add, see the same thing with a client in Edinburgh on Exp-E.

Please excuse my brevity, this has been sent from my mobile device.

When I called they told me to report it direct to the Microsoft operations Centre on [email protected]

Thanks Graham,

I’m seeing the same to Exchange online.

I have raised a case with Microsoft but have been told it could 24 hours before they look at it!

It does look suspiciously like they are preferring an alternative route back to us but is interesting that hop number 4 in your trace is ok – I see the same in my trace.

Best Regards
Paul

Hi Marty,

I tried to send a screen shot, but it was over the message limit size.

Testing from my office on 46.17.160.209 to 13.107.6.151.

They may well be shaping ICMP but the fact we have customers having problems with O365 suggest the latency is a real issue.

Could you perhaps share an MTR and a source/dest IP?
