Hi everyone (especially Neil :) ),

I got a broadband line for a customer, and the customer wanted an easy to remember phone number and was prepared to pay for it. BT Sales said yes yes, sure we will allocate something nice. They come back with a normal phone number, and the customer says nope, I want another one.

Why faff about getting the pretty number on the PSTN line? I assume the Tamar Telecom number is a VoIP one, why not use the VoIP service properly? Or port the number to a VoIP provider if it isn't.
