Thanks Mike, This is a customer who is moving onto our internet service and wants to keep their BT Cloud Phone – I believe it is direct with BT.

Available through a huge range of resellers who provide all support if you're looking to take it outside of BT connectivity, they do preference selling the full package wherever possible. It's not imperative on WHC3.0 that connectivity is from BT, but they may be using custom provisioning strings/firmware in their own handsets to lock it down. They were pretty much treating it like ISDN but running their own IP connection in. Would suggest their thought has been to keep the SIP traffic on their network where possible.
