That said when I read the amount of work Telehouse had to do, and the amount of dead cable they stripped out (skips and skips worth) when they cleaned up their dead CCs I started to understand the need for some kind of fees to cover the cost of this maintenance, and actually, the recurring fees are an incentive for people to get rid of dead cable rather than ducts just over filling. However, like many, I do not like fees where the facility provider has decided to make CCs just another cash cow on top of some already exorbitant fees. -Paul-
