Well, the in-person Council round tables have been fine, but typically have 
been designed for ~20 people.

Perhaps I wasn’t explicit enough.  I’d hope a round table meeting can work 
without moderation, where we wouldn’t try a fuller Council event (~100 people) 
without moderation.   We’ll see.

We have the flexibility to give the Zoom details to any number of people.  
We’ll adjust (non) moderation accordingly.
