As Gary said cgnat was our biggest problem. Very prevelant on EE and to a lesser extend on Voda.
We ended up sending out baby mikrotiks as vpn routers to those who were stuck with hot-spot type solutions. Although have to remember to turn off the alg on a mikrotik too!
