You'll find that VoIP over 4G is very much a 50/50 chance.. Mostly due to how it's all natted etc, 

The only was to resolve such issue is to have it tunnelled to "bypass" that type of issue, 

If your regularly doing VoIP on 4G or any backup over 4G take a look at SimRush which resolves such issues like that along with port forwarding etc,

Hello,

Is there anyone on list, or someone who knows someone that could answer the following question?

One of my contacts who normally works from home is having major issues with his broadband not being stable at the moment, so is using 4G as a backup, but his desk phone will not connect when on 4G (He believes it's on a Gamma hosted PBX Service but is not sure)

He has had problems on the following providers

EE
