I had big problems a few years ago when it was HEX!

First of all, it wouldn't enrol me so they took me through a service room bypassing the mantrap so I could get to the rack in question. Their instructions were to use the intercom when I was done. There was only one small problem with that plan, the intercom in the pod did not work! To top it off, my mobile also had no signal!

Eventually, an engineer from Vodafone came onto that floor and had working mobile signal so managed to phone downstairs for me so security could come up and let me out. I'm lucky that I haven't ever had to go back.
