Hi Janak, Thank you for considering my request. Launching of URL on a new browser is working fine through Applet.
Its failing to launch on a new browser only from the application(our application extends AbstractApplication). It always tries to open on an existing browser, if it doesn't exist, then it is launching in new browser. Please let me know, how to resolve this issue. Application settings are: IE veriosn 6.0 JDK 1.4 Weblogic 8.1. Please let me know if you require some more information. Hi Madhu, Do you mean to say that opening a new browser is not working in JNLP mode? My default browser is FireFox. Both for Applet and JNLP it opens the browser either in new tab or new window based on the setting in Firefox Tools > Options > Tabs. Please give more information about your set up.
