So... what happened to the "business decisions" made in "the past" thar argued that making the list members-only was raising the barrier for entry to new members?

Due to the recent spam coming through the list, I have changed the settings such that only list subscribers may post to the list, so if you want to post make sure you're posting from the email address which the list sends messages to.
