Monster has been pretty good in the past for me. Granted I'm not a sysadmin,
a lot of companies in my area (Philadelphia, Delaware, etc) look at Monster
for, at the very least, programmers. I submitted a resume and got some
really great offers. I also always see a ton of job postings in my area on
Monster for programmers. I've seen a few sysadmin job postings as well. 

Just figured I'd give my 2 cents about Monster. Good luck with the hunt!
