There's also washingtonpost.com. They have a jobs section that's specific to the washington/baltimore area. My guess is that that is a place many employers might look.

This will be a big problem. Employers don't like filing this paperwork.
I know, that is the difficulty of finding an employer, otherwise I think It would not be so difficult.
