[UM-LINUX] Red Hat Follow-Up: Make SELinux Easier

For those that stuck around, we talked about making a GUI (similar to 
the MS Windows one) that would allow people to just automagically allow 
SELinux violations.

I started researching this some today, and found that some people have 
already started on this.  Not sure if it will make F9 or not.
