I have all ours set to create a full drive partition. The failures don't seem to have any pattern beyond being mostly the newer PCs. These actually have smaller drives than some of the older ones... The range is from 60-250 I think, with the ones failing mostly being 160. I suspect it's either a geometry thing or a result of the SATA controller differing, but as I say, I don't have time to figure it out so I prefer to just keep going with the dosemu.
