Good info!
I always create a small as possible partition and set 
ExtendOEMPartition=yes
The result is more or less the same.

Yes, we have the same target here, and the same problems.
A cooperation here would be great.

How do you solve partition settings?
I guess the user define them somewhere,
and linuxboot read them and executes.
So you must have a way to transfer the from the user into
the linuxboot.

Im asking because we still use a fdisk to parted command translation.
I had to look into that today, .. what a pain in the ass..
