Sorry for not explaining more... The Tipping Point is a book: he Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference (Paperback) by Malcolm Gladwell
We read it as part of my graduate program in educational leadership at UCLA. It is about a disease, but really it is about how things build until they reach this turning point and that the little things really do matter when it comes to change. BTSA stands for Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment and it is the California program for supporting and assessing new teachers.
