In the opinion of some people. Others, such as the head of the automation dept. of the National Parlimentary Library of Georgia, do not agree with this assessment. As the opinion from the library is based on a careful look at their nearly 4 million Georgian books they need to catalog and handle, I cannot help feeling that there may be some merit to their point of view?
