Where are those decisions in the 4.0.1 beta page ? http://www.unicode.org/versions/beta.html I see that other points have been open to public review, but not this one, and the comment period just ends today. As the Unicode meeting will happen in the next hours, I think that the 4.0.1 beta will not be delayed. So will these decisions be documented in 4.0.2 ?
