Thank you for this! But for me dos.h and locking.h was not needed. When I put libnsl.a to /lib I managed to build Unicon on cygwin with disabled LoadFunc. I think more convinient for cygwin to define gethostent() function (which do nothing) and cut -lnsl from RLIBS.
