My son owns a 1975 Uniflite Sport Sedan and it never has had any blisters.

I had read somewhere that the very end of 1975 is when the resin was
changed at the request of the navy. Too many boats were catching on
fire as a result of incoming in viet nam.  I have 1975 and have never
had any blisters and I keep it in Northern Idaho where the summers are
