I looked on every major surface and there are absolutely no markings on it anywhere other than the Princess logo on the front. Amazing! What I need is the stainless piece that attaches to the wood cutting board to go completely over the burns. It is miss. I only have that would cutboard. I also need the chrome trim that goes around the outside front edge that covers the front where you drop the unit in.
